Coordinating into CLIENT occupied buildings/office suites through the effective administration and usage of automated access control systems
? Coordinating the provision, maintenance and usage of security alarms and CCTV systems.
? Conducting security inspections as directed by local management and consuitation with CLIENT AG regional security management
? Implementing counter-terrorist security alart measures including written plans to be agreed with local management and maintained to ensure relevance
? Implementing the clear desk policy and conducting compliance checks.
? Assisting in the risk categorisation of CLIENT buildings and internal, and identifying the security requirements for such building
? Providing security awareness training to all new CLIENT hirers as part of their inductiong process and other CLIENT staff on a regular basis.
? Supervising security procedures well followed by the staff and Ensuring that all CLIENT staff are aware of the need report any security related incidents immediately.
? Supervising the performance of mannered guarding personal deployed by the Vendor at CLIENT premises.
? Producing and maintaining a local security procedures document detailing all relevant security policies and regulations.
? Establishing and maintaining close liaison with local law enforcement and security agencies.
? Producing and maintaining a Local Security Procedures document detailing all relevant security policies and regulations.
? Attending and participating in regional security management conference calls and meetings.
? Ensuring that they are aware of all off-site CLIENT conferences and events and facilitating the provision of additional security measures at such events where necessary.
? Establishing close liaison with local building management staff at all CLIENT locations in China
? Providing quality assurance of all on-site/off-site security providers including manned guarding companies and remote alarm monitoring services
? Assisting in investigations into breaches of security, or in disciplinary or criminal matters, as required
? Supervising the performance of manned guarding personnel deployed by the Vendor at CLIENT premises in China.
? Ensuring that search plans are produced to detail how the respective CLIENT premises will be searched in the event of a security incident such as a bomb threat.
? Ensuring that reception / switchboard staff are familiar with the actions to take on receipt of a bomb threat or other security related incident
? Ensuring that personnel responsible for handling mail have adequate instructions on identifying suspect packages and clear guidelines on the action to take should such a package be identified
? Compiling management reports as required
? Implement a fire & safety management system for the purpose of ensuring the safety, and protecting the health and welfare, of staff in the offices
? Any other security or facilities related task required by local management and CLIENT regional security management.
