Job Responsibilities
IT service delivery with defined functions e.g. handling calls, installation and software distribution, migration,
system administration, troubleshooting, maintain activities, backup and restore, etc
Continual operation and maintenance of IT service
Technical Realization incl. Test and Implementation
Escalate complex technical issues to higher level engineer
Follow up standard ITIL release and change process
Provision of support for all inextricable incidents and problems from service desk
Conduct and coordinate testing to ensure all known issues are identified before release
Support sub-tasks of Managed software package testing, update and release
Customize, maintain, update and manage standard client hardware drivers
Communication with Senior Engineer for report incidents, technical issue and incident escalation and change
request submit.
Knowledge & Experience
A basic working experience in a project environment might typically have been acquired in about 2to 4 years.
Master with Microsoft Windows operation system
Master of SCCM(Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)knowledge
Familiar with SQL database and have experience of script writing
Familiar with Hardware basic elements
Familiar with network basic elements of client
Education Preferrable Bachelor degree or above, IT related major
Preferrable to have Microsoft certificate MCSE,MCSA
Familiar with ITIL process
Language Standard mandarin
CET-4 or above, excellent reading and written English
