工作职责

- 带领销售团队完成店铺指标

- 培训货品知识与销售技巧

- 根据公司形象，维护相应店铺陈列及展示

- 确保所有的运营过程，包括销售、折扣、调货和货品调整、人力资源，都符合公司规范

- 维护准确的存货水平

- 以维护老客户为基础，开发新客户并与老客户保持良好关系

- 从整洁性到条理性，维持店铺内的最优化条件

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the team to achieve sales objectives

- Provide product and training for team members

- Maintain and ensure that store presentation is consistent with the company’s brand image - Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfer and stock adjustment, human resources issues are aligning with the company policy

– Sustain the accurate inventory levels

- Develop new customers and establish good relationship with customers

- Keep the store in optimum condition and ensure cleanliness and tidiness

工作要求

- 具有大专或以上学历

- 4年以上零售品牌店铺工作经验

- 热爱销售工作，热心为客户服务

- 责任心强，具有团队合作意识

- 国语标准，能够使用英语交流者优先考虑

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above

- Over 4 years of working experience in retail

- Passion for the retail industry and customer services

- A good team player with strong responsibility

- Fluent in Mandarin (English proficiency is a plus)
