ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage client’s expectations and customer satisfaction
+ Be responsible for successful, on-time delivery of the company’s projects
+ Be responsible for track and management of project requirements, risks, resources, costs, quality, schedule and scopes, as well as provide appropriate solutions to customer
+ Develop project related documentation, including project charter, Gantt chart, open issues, project status, reports, and etc.
+ Be proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may potentially have negative impacts to a project or project deliverable
+ Mentor and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development and superior technical expertise
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree is required, Master degree is preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years’ IT project management experiences
+ IT Consulting or IT Professional Services experience is strongly preferred
+ Experience with MNC politics handling will be a plus
+ Be able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and activities and prioritize workload
+ Be proactive and excel in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem solving and organizational skills
+ IT knowledge in one or more of these areas will be a plus: Network, Monitoring knowledge, Operating Systems, Virtualization, Planning IT architectures, Infrastructure rollout processes, Application development processes and security concept, IT Operations, ITIL and PMP knowledge
+ Ability to work alone and independent at client side
+ Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
+ Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
+ Chinese native speaker with proficiency in English
