协助公司对内、对外合同、协议的审核及管理
协助公司与政府的联系和沟通，以及各种法律和商业事务
协助处理公司营业所需的法律及行政相关事务，其中包括执照申请，年检，后续工作和其它相关事宜
代表公司和政府及其各级机关部门、各级法院沟通

入职要求

年龄28-38岁，法律本科毕业
出色的英语和汉语水平，会话流利，文笔出色
具备丰富的律师事务所工作经验者优先
分析力强，解决问题独到，能够迅速做出反应，提供建设性意见
