Responsibilities:

1.Supervise QC lab routine testing process and act as testing backup when require


2.Ensure QC lab routine testing follow QC standard

3.Follow up global programs
？Positive release testing
？Atypical testing
？Global testing procedures
？Sensory practices
？Coke pre shipment protocol

4.Support NCR with technical support & communication with operations, vendor and customer

5.Support external audit at lab.

6.GLP improvement.

Quality Inspection data maintenance & analysis in SAP

Standard operation procedure issue and update

Update golden standard for customer

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Food Technology.
2.At least five (5) years’ experience in lab testing and three (3) years as lab management.
3.Be able to achieve goals for QC operations by developing corresponding plans and programs, delegating work and ensuring availability of resources.
4.Basic knowledge on Flavors / Fragrances or food processing analytical testing e.g. sensory, microbiology, GC, titration etc.
5.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill.
6.Good communication skills especially reading and writing in English.

7.Good understand of GMP, HACCP and ISO
8.Experience in SAP application
9.QC related experience in Flavors / Fragrances industry.
