Reporting to:
General Manager

Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Head the quality department regarding overall quality management performance
+ Develop and improve quality system and drive the implementation to ensure quality yield
+ Dig out the root cause of quality issues, drive the quality team as well as the operation team to work out the trouble shooting solution, and monitor the solution execution closely
+ Ensure the quality rules and policies are being followed properly
+ Drive both external and internal quality management tools to improve and exceed customer satisfaction
+ Manage and guide the quality teams to enhance their quality skill and efficiency
+ Work cross-functionally with other related departments, to raise the quality awareness and provide quality standard throughout the company organization
+ Handle customer complaints by working out correction and preventive solutions and push the execution in a timely manner
+ Lead and drive continuous quality improvement activities to achieve the quality objective
+ Support China GM on strategy planning from quality aspect

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above on Electronic, Engineering, Mechanical or related field
+ Minimum 15 years professional working experience on quality function
+ Work experience in high volume electronic manufacturing environment or preferably semiconductor assembly, possess good knowledge of semiconductor assembly process
+ Good understanding and knowledge of quality system and the best quality management practice
+ Must have good knowledge of SPC, FMEA and of its implementation
+ Good ability to influence cross function teams with excellent communication skills
+ Persistent to drive quality improvement and optimization
+ Strong adaptive capacity, detailed focused and open minded
+ A committed professional and leader with strong quality sense and integrity
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
