Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the corporate compliance policies to ensure proper control are in place for compliance purposes;
2. Facilitate the compliance program on a day-to-day basis including employee training, distributor training and documentation review;
3. Perform due diligence check for initial application and renewal of third party, including the distributors;
4. Conduct compliance review to ensure all business operations are in compliance with local laws/regulations and corporate compliance policies;
5. Prepare compliance review to identify areas of concern and make recommendations for improvement.


Qualification:

1. University degree or above in law, economics, finance, management or any related discipline;
2. At least 3 years’ experience in practicing law or with working experience on sales functions or with experience in the areas of forensic accounting or audit;
3. Regulatory compliance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
4. Working knowledge of FCPA, HCPs and other applicable anti-bribery laws, regulations and standards.

4.Ability to analyze, interpret and apply FCPA and HCPs compliance requirements, local laws and regulations as well as corporate policies;
5.Language fluency in English and Mandarin.
