Responsibilities职责

- Handle day-to-day business of the assignment

负责订单的受理及出货安排及异常处理和应收货款的如期催收

- Coordinate with his/her associates to improve operating efficient

妥善协调公司其他部门，回复客户的日常邮件和各类问题，并寻求解决办法，高效执行；
- Ensure all transaction / activities are done within timeframe as per SOP requirements

负责发放货物的跟踪落实，及时反馈、解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的各类问题确保

-Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirement要求

-College or university graduates.

大专及以上学历，物流专业毕业者优先；

-At least one or above year of relevant experience.

1年以上国内物流客户服务经验，能够独立处理日常货物操作，有相关操作经验；

-Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill

英语应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；

-Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and

workload

工作认真负责，思维敏捷，做事细心，责任心强，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
