ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a German automotive company.
Salary:

Tianjin, China
Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct quality control by ISO TS 16949
+ Conduct internal and external audits after VDA 6.3
+ Conduct quality management process and product process analysis
+ Conduct production part approval process (PPAP)
+ Prepare 8-D reports and process analysis
+ Customer satisfaction
+ Negotiate with suppliers
+ Create working instructions
+ Report to foreign GM and German HQ
Requirements:
+ Relevant education and/or experience
+ University degree in Engineering or related subject OR Associate degree with good relevant work experience
+ Quality management Experience in Automotive industry
+ Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949
+ Knowledge in process audit according to VDA 6.3
+ Experience with process analysis
+ Experience in negotiations
+ Team player with independent work attitude
+ Strong communication skills
+ Native Chinese speaker with fluent written and spoken English
