职位描述
Job Description:
1.To coordinate with the Account Management Coordinator in providing administrative assistance to the Local Account management Department.
2. To perform the coordinating role and focus on specific designated accounts of the company and take ownership.
3. To assist in safeguarding strategic relationships with the specific designated accounts and their major vendors.
4. To focus on customer service compliance, to coordinate with customer service and operations teams, to comply to the preset account documentation processes and productivity standards.
5. Assist the Corporate Account Managers as the 'Backup' in handling certain designated major key accounts and taking the lead in the absence of the CAM; to coordinate with the Customer Service teams & Operations teams from different products in meeting customers requirement.
6.To participate in customer service reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, and making analysis for the designated accounts.
7.Meeting customers with GSM & CAM whenever required.
8.To handle some of the offshore shipments, coordinating with different Far East and other origin offices to perform and meet the corporate accounts' different requirement.
9.Assist in providing and updating product information, market information, and competitors' information.
10.To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.
The Qualification:
1.University Degree with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
2.With some account management or sales experience in the leading global logistics companies. Customer-first minded, action oriented, resourceful and diligent.
3.Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
