Job Description:

1、Understands requirement of customer; develops and initiates product quality control plan and quality sampling, inspection and testing procedure and standard as per drawings, specifications, schematics, diagrams, written descriptions, layouts or defined plans.
2、In-process quality issues solving and leads IPQC&FQC to fulfill product inspection; Collects product quality data and continuously improves product quality. Consolidates and reports quality results.
3、Analyzes Customer complaint; handle returned products, and corrective action verification and tracking of customer.
4、Confirms and tracks customer engineering change to ensure the
ECN is implemented and closed properly.
5、Qualify and verify new line, equipment and working station.
6、Accompanies customer audit and follows up quality findings.
7、Lead CFT team to implement Zero Defect Line with Lean and Six Sigma approach.


Job Requirements:
1、 Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Mechanical engineering or have at least 2 years of working experience in machining or mold fabrication industry，& better understanding on mechanical prints；
2、 Good English skills in reading & writing.
3、 Three years above experience in QA or Quality Engineer
4、 Skilled in measurement will be an advantage.
