Responsibilities:
1.Take charge of monthly payroll calculation and release;
2.Responsible for IIT before the deadline of each month;
3.Maintain monthly Social Insurance and Housing Fund;
4.Assist HR Manager complete the annual salary increase;
5.Follow up employee's promotion and probation;
6.Labor contract renew and management;
7.Complete the related C&B report.
8.Take charge of Employee relationship, deal with employee issues.
9.Other tasks assigned by HRD.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management ,admin management and psychology is prefer;
2. At least 3 years HR working experience, and has more than 2 year C&B working experience;
3.Good command reading,writing and basic oral English;
4.Familiar with labor law and related regulations;
5.Good command office soft ware, especially on Excel function;
6.Excellent communication skill, honest, integrity and good sence of responsibility.
