工作职责：

- 带领销售和服务团队完成并超越本校区月度及年度销售指标

- 确保标准课程管理流程的有效实施

- 保证最高程度的客户满意度

- 招聘新员工，为团队成员提供持续的培训及职业化训练

- 激励并管理销售和服务团队，打造一支强大的精英队伍

- 通过外方教务长管理教师团队，提高外教利用率，保证学校正常的教学秩序

工作要求：

- 大学本科及以上学历

- 至少5年以上工作经验，行业不限，有异国文化工作经验者优先考虑

- 有相关销售管理或客户服务管理工作经验者优先录用

- 有主动开拓精神，关心员工，注重自身及员工发展，为人正直，愿意接受和学习新知识

- 具备良好的职业素养和专业精神，形象气质佳

- 具备独特人格魅力，领导力强，富有开拓精神，出色的协调、应变和解决问题的能力

- 英语流利，普通话标准
