Support Director to develop the Continuous Improvement implementation master plan and deployment plans, which are aligned with factory strategies;
Oversee the deployment of CI activities in all factory against the Goals or plans;
Identify and, with the factory management team and the HQ CI, remove barriers to deployment;
Work with local CI manager and factory management team to identify cost improvement opportunities.
Lead the process for proper selection prioritization of high-value projects;
Provide mentorship, management, and performance review for Continuous Improvement activities;
Provide effective communication to keep management team informed of the progress;
Ensure Best Practices to be shared among China breweries;
Track, validate, and present the CI results to management team
Drive for the total engagement in CI system set up;

More than 5 years Lean, TPM, CI work experience, At least 2 years’ service in the company as managerial position, understanding company operation, strong communication skill and project management experience, be creative and passionate, good command of written and spoken English, good personality.
