Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to achieve substantial sales and profit growth through development into new (strategic) markets.
Responsibilities include:
-Together with Business Director Greater China and commercial managers to evaluate and identify new markets where the potential growth is high and/or of strategic importance;
-To make market penetration plans with relative functions;
-To be responsible for respective budget establishment and forecasting;
-To lead a dedicated team for development in the market identified and to achieve respective targets;
-To build and lead an energetic and highly performing team;
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, process or Chemical engineering
-10 years proven industrial selling experience -Management of large accounts/sell at high levels within organizations.
-Knowledge of process and applications techniques
-Computer skills in MS office and Presentation Position Attributes (Characteristics and capabilities needed):
-Excellent business acumen
-Good communication skill, Team player
-Outgoing, aggressive
-Independent, self-driven, result orientated
