PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责:
1. Proactively contribute to improve and keep product quality to reach quality targets, provide technical supporting for quality issues from manufacturing line and customers, make sure to identify root cause and find solutions in time.
2. Cooperate with component engineering,suppliers and other relevant functions to solve technical issues for quality, make sure proper communications with stakeholders even with customers when be requested.
3. Participate the plan of design changes for launched products for quality improvement, and execute release of design changes.
4. Involve in risk assessments for development projects.
5. For assigned development projects, including wave-shape release, take the following responsibilities:
a) Be responsible for the Quality of the circuits: Focus on having no manufacturing complaints, no customer complaints and no changes after MS2
b) Design and adjust electronic ballast according to product creation process with the help of senior engineer if necessary
c) Communicate with international counterpart with the help of senior engineer
d) Execute project plan, finish project on time
e) Co-ordinate PCB design: deliver right information to PCB designer
f) Prepare product documentations and have them input into system
g) Test and co-ordinate testing of the circuit
h) Select electronic components according to component engineering policy, focus on having a minimum number of components having a PI of 5 or lower
i) Solve technical issues
j) Be responsible for the timing of the project.
k) Be capable of doing B type project independently

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Electronics, have more than 2 years experience in power electronic product designing or relevant circuit design.
2. Knowledge in design methods and simulation tools as e.g. P-Spice or similar
3. Knowledge of micro-controller, and digital communication will be a plus
4. Affinity with Control and Power supply techniques will be a plus
5. HW / SW interface knowledge is preferred
6. Good command of English(Spoken & Written)
7. Experience in manufacturing process and trouble shootings is preferred.
