Assignment:

工作职责

l 从工程概念上创建详细的刀具、夹具或定制的自动化设计

Create detailed tool, workholding, or custom automation designs from engineering concepts.

n 准备刀具&夹具设计图

Prepare tooling & workholding layouts

n 检查机床里的刀具、零部件&卡盘

Check tool, part, & chuck clearance within the machine

n 设计特殊的刀具解决方案

Design special tooling solutions

n 设计必要的特殊自动化解决方案

Design work specific automation solutions as required

n 提交客户设计审查&根据需要跟踪审批

Submit for Customer Design review & track approval as required

l 为每台机床操作的详细过程尺寸&公差设计工序图（如果不是由客户提供）

Create Process Layout Drawings for each Machining Operation detailing process dimension & tolerance (if not supplied by customer)

l 复查指定项目的测量要求

Review gauging requirements for assigned projects

n 为预验收/终验收建立量具计划

Establish Gage Plan for Pre-acceptance / Final acceptance

n 和销售部&质量部一起确认计量器设备是否适合每一个切割测试

Work with Sales & Q.C. to insure gauges / fixtures will be available for test cutting

l 请厂商报价设计和建造的组件

Request vendors to quote design and build of components

n 评估报价

Evaluate quotations

n 发出采购申请

Issue purchase requisitions

n 审查所有收到的认可图

Review all concepts and approval drawings received

n 跟踪工作的进展以确保及时交付

Track progress of job to ensure delivery is on time

l 确保所有客户来自供应商的零件、夹具和刀具的说明符合最终设计标准

Ensure all custom components, workholding, and tooling prints from vendors meet Final Customer design standards

l 支持数控设置技术，描述生产/质量问题

Support CNC Set-up Tech. to address manufacturing/quality issues

任职资格

Your Qualifications:

l 工业制造或机械工程学位

Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering

l 5年以上刀具&夹具设计经

5+ years experience in Tool & Workholding Design

l 3年以上机械自动化经验

3+ years experience in machine automation

l 较好的沟通能力

Good at communication

l 电脑操作熟练，熟练操作办公软件

Good at computer operating, familiar with office software

l 较好的英语书面、口语表达能力

Good at both spoken and written English

l 具有较强的团队合作精神

Good at teamwork

l 较强的组织能力

Good organizational skills

l 在客户面前表现出专业水准

Must be able to present him/her self professionally in the customer’s presence

l 愿意出差

Must be willing to travel
