Requirements :
Qualifications/Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computer related discipline required.
? 4 to 8 years working experience, 2+ years as a Project Manager.
? Work experience in information technology services and manufacturing operational exposure is an added advantage;
? Substantial knowledge and application experience with standard project management methodology;
? Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary global teams and the responsible team leaders
? Strong negotiation skills.
Core Competencies
Strong leadership and experience on managing complex projects involving a myriad of stakeholders and infrastructure components that supports the manufacturing execution system process
? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
? Ability to communicate at all levels on technical and non-technical matters
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must.
? Project Lifecycle/Management Experience
? Must be motivated and proactive with a strong customer and team focus;
? Customer service experience
? Professional and confident manner
? Excellent time management skills
? Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
? Ability to perform well without direct management supervision

Special Requirements
Related industry certification is an added advantage, i.e. PMP, Fluent in English a plus.


Job Description :

This position requires an individual with a broad range of project management related skills and be able to track, monitor and direct a cross functional global team to accomplish project objectives on time and within budget. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence delivery.
? Under minimal direction, leads project monitoring and reporting activities for small to large projects.
? Monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
? Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
? Monitors project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
? Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
? Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and Project Management techniques.
? Undertakes PMO meetings among project team members and clients to review scope/progress and resolve project issues.
? Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
? Other duties as assigned by the supervising manager.

? Define direction and requirements to ensure timely implementation of new project/programs and the related cost information for use in pricing strategies.
? Ensure all project resources are
? Managing project tasks effectively, meeting committed time lines and following standard processes
? Reporting issues and risks on a regular basis
? Devise creative solutions to critical customer and user needs
? Integrate corporate initiatives into project plans
? Provide IT senior leadership team and Finance Stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions (if required)
