1. Develop/sustain/improve all the assembly processes.
2. Time study analysis/Line balancing study/Lean manufacturing.
3. Own and drive yield improvement programs.
4. Own and drive the machine downtime improvement programs.
5. Box build quotation and product line set-up.
6. Maintain capacity model , identify the bottlenecks and drive improvements.
7. Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available.
8. Accurate assembly operation training for operator.
9. Assure production tooling , equipment and workstation are available and maintained.
10. Monitor and continuously improve the daily efficiency , productivity and quality of Manufacturing processes for assigned areas.
11. Improve safety and throughput by modifying tooling , process fixture and work stations.
12. Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective Action to improve or correct the operations. 13. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout and operational data such as production cost process flow chart, and production schedule to determine efficient utilization of workers and tooling/fixture.
14. Recommend methods for improving workers efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties , re-organizing work flow , re-locating work stations and equipment , make special tooling or fixture. 9.1.15 Other assignments from the management.
16. Have the responsibility of choosing non-toxic or low- toxic material , low noise and energy saving and safe production machines.
17. Repair & maintain and check safety protective equipment; and ensure it in good condition.
18. Must consider environmental & safety & health issues when initiating a new project or new product or new production line.
19. Wear right PPE and operate safety, attend occupational disease medical examination, fire drill and EHS training.
20. Identify and sort waste in a way.
9.1.21 Must follow EICC provision.
