- For E-Car business unit, we are looking a Technical Project Management Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
- Support TPM to manage the R&D related projects. Support TPM to plan the project, define the WBS, estimate the time line, plan resources.
- Support TPM to creates and introduces the necessary technical product documents in the relevant data system and maintains changes .
- Support for the DFMEA and the Milestone Reviews
- Creates and maintains the bill of material.
- Support TPM to monitor and control the project execution and the progress continuously.
- Assist continuous improvements of functions and costs (R&D Budget, BoM Costs) for the project. Support to control the released project budget and project resources within the approved Project Plan and Project Agreement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Motor and inverter design experience
2. Automobile component R&D management experience
3. R&D project management methodology
