Payment management

· Manage all China legal entities standard payment cycle/special payment request to external vendor and internal employee; ensure all the payments are made with proper DOA, FCPA and other required internal approval.

· Check the payment requests to make sure all related requirement from payment perspective had been met (assist to GL accountant).

· Handle overseas payments; ensure all the foreign currency related transition is fully comply with SAFE/bank regulation Prepare Periodically bank balance reconciliation report

· Collect Bank slip and bank statement and documentation archive

· Coordinate Vendor, DOA and SAP role set up in EPR system

· Handle Interest and bank charges bookkeeping

· Handle bank account open, close and change related work and maintain related documentation

· Maintain good Relationship with Bank/SAFE and other related government officials.

Cash flow management

· Manage bank account balance and ensure no overdraft/ideal cash can be deposit

· Assist AR accountant to manage and forecast cash movements, improve capital utilization efficiency.

Tax Related

· Monthly tax declaration and payment, quarterly and annual tax declaration(VAT, IIT and CIT)

· VAT daily verification and monthly deduction

Finance Processes Management and improvement

· Support, implement and improve the internal control in terms of payment area, Review and update on policies and procedures timely, complying with statutory and company requirement.

· Assist in standardization and improvement on Accounts Payable processing

· Provide periodical training to employee on payment and expenses related policy.

· Complete other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisors。

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:

· University degree with Finance/Accounting majors at least.

· Minimum 3 years’ working experience in multinational companies with at least 1 years on payment specialist.

· Proficiency in SAP and experience in finance share service center on payment area is a plus.

· Strong capability to work under pressure and ambiguity.

· Strong team work spirit, sense of responsibility and maturity.

· Fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese.
