JOB TITLE: Recruiter
Report To: Assistant HR Manager
Purpose of Role:
The position will act as a full time recruiter under the leadership of resourcing manager Greater China to support with local strategy in terms of new business development and smooth transition ensuring candidates availability, driving for positions filled and consistence with recruitment policies and processes. Support other recruitment initiatives assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Screening resumes, interviewing and performing background checks and referring qualified applicants to appropriate personnel concerned; provide end-to-end recruitment service to meet our progressive business development;
2. Establishing and maintain feasible pipeline via hard-copy or designated system to meet high demands for personnel;
3. Assist in establishing and developing of recruitment systems based on JCI requirements, optimizing of recruitment process including offering & accepting and hiring process, or other practices;
4. Assist formulating annual resourcing plan periodically and implementing Campus Recruitment as required;
5. Develop and update channels including various centres, recruitment agencies, local employment centres and other vendors nationwide;
6. Develop and maintain recruitment systems online;
7. Submit the reports to appropriate personnel concerned;
8. The projects assigned;
9. Coordination in organization changes & internal resources redeployment;
10. Handle regular payment including car, IP Phone, stationary and coffee machine.
11. Organize and assist big event or meeting.
12. Office facility maintenance.
Requirement Profile:
1. College degree or above, HR management or related major
2. At least 3 years of staffing/recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry or headhunting firms or property management;
3. Good command of computer skills required
4. Good communication in English and Chinese;
5. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills
