职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY

Support Head of R&D Finance China, at local level, in providing financial and controlling expertise to assist in various operating decisions

Implement and enforce in R&D local organization Global and Country Financial procedures

Represent R&D Controlling in front of relevant China affiliate’s departments

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Controlling activities

Control and follow-up of all expenses reported, as well as AEDs related to External Contracts. Ensure that the correct amount of expenses is accounted for, as well as making and controlling all necessary provisions for accrued expenses

Provide to Head of R&D Finance China with accurate and reliable financial information and analysis as needed

Perform Reporting analysis, including ad hoc and summary reports for local management

Strongly contribute to reliability and efficient use of reporting, forecast accuracy

Perform ad hoc financial review, analysis and recommendations, as requested and/or self-initiated

Operational optimization

Report to Head of R&D Finance China all major financial events that may affect the usual day-to-day operation

Take initiatives and make proposals in order to improve business efficiency

Seek for continuous performance improvement through processes optimization which have an impact on productivity, quality and compliance

Implement and enforce R&D financial procedures

Provide necessary training, necessary updates and support, to all the relevant personnel in local R&D organization

Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Skills:

At least 3 years controlling experience in relevant industry preferred

Experience in working within a global, multicultural organization

Good understanding and knowledge-base on Pharmaceutical Development processes and activities

Education/Training:

BA Degree required – Advanced or other professional degree is preferred
