职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Be responsible for all aspects of planning and delivery around divestitures, to be HR workstream leader to provide people solutions including but not limited people movement planning and implementation, redundancy, retention, and employee communication.
· Work closely with project leader and other work stream team menebers to close the due with on time dlivery to ensure smooth people transfer
· Actively build up two-way communication between deal/management team and target group in the whole divestiture period.
· Other assigned tasks related to project, depends
Experience & knowledge:
· HR Generalist, combined 10+ years of experience with solid HR knowledge and HR project management experiences
· Mergers & Acquisitions expeience

· ood business acumen
· Determine, flexible, smart, customer focus with good interpersonal communication skill
· Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management, organize/leverage resources with conflict management skills.
· Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by on time delivery
· Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver - makes things happen
· Strong planning, influencing and negotiation skills
· Flunent in oral and written English skills
· Familiar with China Labor Law
