POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
2. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade with a positive attitude.
3. Team player who demonstrates supportive relationships with peers, customers, and divisional and corporate colleagues.
4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes (or equivalent) and Internet applications.
5. Demonstrated ability for interest in technical learning.
6. Ability to reside full-time in the greater Los Angeles CA location
7. Overnight / out-of-town travel required.
8. Previous direct experience in technical sales
9. Experience in selling to OEM customers in PU foam business and mechanical related suppliers.
10. Experience in selling to fabricators or worked in fabricators.
11. Experience in selling to and developing project with large major accounts such as Samsung, LG and Pantech.
12. Proven sales track record of increasing sales and market share.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
2. BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent science.
3. Extensive experience in Auto and in a senior production management position for a similar business/industry, at least 10 years of operation experience.
4. Successful work experience in a foreign company abroad China (USA or Europe).
5. Proven experience of implementing effective change management processes.
6. Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing and Lean production practices.
7. Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills.
8. Ability to demonstrate and apply a high level of collaboration and team leadership skills.
9. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
10. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure.
11. Team player willing to integrate into the corporate culture.
12. Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required.
