Responsibility:

1. Deploys Group's requirements related to reliability

- Distribute new pipeline documents to relate plants and train &guide plant to implement before deadline.

- Organizes and leads vulnerability studies. Builds action plans and ensures that actions are performed including spare parts identified.

- Organizes and leads PIMS (pipeline integration management)

- Cathodic protection effect evaluation base on yearly cathodic protection test report.

- Manages the pipeline incident reporting (L1/L2, reliability/availability, S1/S2/S3 ...), in compliance with IMS definitions.

- Develop new remote communication solution to improve pipeline reliability.

- Lead stray current test and validate the drain solution.

- New pipeline management & control technology spreading

- MOC validation

2. Supports maintenance and operations in improving reliability performance

- Establish pipeline maintenance strategy.

- Organize and lead ALC region general SOP to guide relate maintenance work.

- Works with plant maintenance team to improve preventive plan (regular, predictive, multi-annual)

- Gives his/her recommendations on the maintenance yearly plan (= scope of work for the next year)

- Support critical pipeline maintenance and test(maintenance plan review, repair job plan validation and site guide etc)

-Follow up critical maintenance work summary and capitalize it to new project

- Alerts, provides advice and expertise to operations management for decision making

- For third part test, provide a ALC level contract and evaluate the test effect

- Takes any opportunity to communicate on reliability (awareness campaign ...)

3. New project management

- Participate PRA discussion and pipeline route follow up

- Provide operation suggestion for metering station, relability, cathodic protection solution etc

- Capital spare parts and two-year spare parts identify

- Project site review and training regularly and push plant release punch list

- Guide plant pipeline commissioning

- Remind plant to do engineering documents handover and archive

- Guide and participate pipeline RFSR

- Remind plant collect cathodic protection original data and ROW (right of way) agreements

Requirement:

1. University degree in Engineering (Bachelors of Science or equivalent)

2. No less than 5-year experience in pipeline technologies, and in managing industrial operations, strong ability in technical matters

3. Good communication skills, able to effectively interface with other engineering disciplines / organizations, plant operations

4. Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to multi-task with changing priorities
