职位描述:

1.拓展并完善各种渠道（网络、SNS、垂直论坛、猎头等），通过Cold Call的形式主动挖掘获取目标候选人简历并深度跟进，打造强大的招聘渠道体系；
2.组织人才筛选及面试，建立高效的招聘流程；
3.负责公司核心职位的招聘工作，能独立组织、开展相关招聘工作；
4.建立健全核心人才库，做好关键岗位人才储备；
5.总结评估招聘完成结果，统计招聘数据，评估招聘效果；

6.技术部门的培训工作开展以及试用期面谈；
7.完成部门负责人交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.大学计算机、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历；
2.熟悉互联网及电子商务企业招聘电子商务人才之经验
3.有3- 5年以上大型IT软件外包公司招聘工作经验，或猎头公司猎聘经验；
4.熟悉招聘全过程，对技术类人才的发现与引进等具有丰富的实践经验；
5.对新人入职培训以及培训课程的设计等有一定的经验；

6.为人正直公正，具有较强的亲和力与沟通能力，具备良好的组织和协调能力，良好的资源调配能力；
7.较强的责任感和事业心，较高的敏感度及一定的判断能力，善于沟通于协调，良好的团队合作意识；
8.执行力强、熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件。
