Job duties
-Ensure product are evaluated, tested and approved (sealed) in accordance with Kmart standard and mandatory requirements.
-Ensure that full factory audit and approval on potential suppliers is carried out in accordance with Kmart policy with corrective action plan in place.
-Ensure that all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification, QA report etc) and sealed sample are made available to the QC inspectors prior to production and inspection.
-Ensure customer compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the supplier.
-Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management

Requirements
-College graduate.
-Min. 3 years experience related QA working experience in retail business, 3rd party, buying office, trading Office, or factory.
-Experience in buying office will be a plus
-Strong technical and testing knowledge and skill
-Strong communication skills & good at problem solving
-Proficiency in both written / spoken English
-Understanding of Australian market will be a plus
-Knowledge in ISO9000 & SA8000 and factory audit experience is an advantage
