Job Duties
-Review fabric and garment testing report.
-Random check testing report across labs externally and across depts internally. Pick up queries and report to supervisor.
-Provide visibility and statistic report, eg, the workload analysis, supplier performance.
-Be responsible for in-line and final fabric inspection and information sharing.
-Assist supervisor to drive projects, eg, special control for risk fabrics
-Fabric sample assessment, team member backup
-Standard & manual maintain and update
-Zipper library maintain and update
-Support ongoing testing training and information sharing with QA team.
-Monitor fabric factory audit and status update
-Ensure the good team work and UGR with each party.
-Ability to interpret brand's requirement and communicate effectively & efficiently with all suppliers.
-Ability to provide technical advice.

Requirements
-At least 8 years fabric technician experience in textile industry
-Familiar with fabric test requirements
-Experience in accredited laboratory testing is an advantage
-Good command of English and Bangla
-Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated
-Frequently travel in respective region
-Immediate available is highly preferable
