Job Duties
-Review colour submissions visually from multiple vendors and across different product categories.
-Maintain/update colour tracking record and communicate status both internally/externally.
-Maintain physical and virtual lab dips and colour standard library, including up keep and distribution of standards to vendors.
-Follow-up with vendors to meet colour quality expectations and achieve delivery time lines.
-Provide colour training to associates as and when required.
-Additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position.
-Bachelor degree major in textile
-Colour proficient to superior level (colour test will be administered).
-Ability to communicate clearly using colour terminology both written and verbal.
-Technical understanding of textile coloration techniques/limitations: dyeing and finishing is a plus.
-Experience in international laboratory colour assessment is an advantage
-Experience with the use of spectrophotometer and colour tools is an advantage.
-Organized and detailed orientated.
-Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work on a continual basis and work with limited supervision.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
-Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Previous exposure and travel to mill base is a plus.
-Able to travel internationally as and when required.
-Proficiency in MS Office Applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
