Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
Through implementation of PM items to ensure minimum engineering related downtime on manufacturing and packaging machinery.
Responsible for VS machines maintenance, including manufacturing and packing line.
Responsible for all production machine procurement and installation of spare parts.
To support execute related validation test for VS.
Make and improve preventative maintenance SOP.
Responsible.
Train the operators how to change over and adjust equipment.
Train the operators when and how to conduct LOTO.
Responsible for close ZAP mitigation actions which related to production equipments.
Ensure value stream equipments get good maintenance.
Provide equipment technology support to value stream.
To be involved into projects, deviation investigation, gap analysis and custom complain as key team player to support all machinery parts.
Engineering Standards and Compliance
Uphold and ensure compliance with internal GSK policies, standards and procedures and relevant external regulatory requirements in respect of engineering design, operation and maintenance, EHS and product quality/GMP.


Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
Must be bachelor degree, and major in engineering.
At least 3 years experience in manufacturing & packaging field.
Good maintenance experience on both mechanical and electrical.
Should have basic reading, speaking and listening skill in English.
Experience for respiratory product preferred.
Experience for project management preferred.
Low voltage electrical operation license preferred.
Machinery safety knowledge preferred.
“Green Belt” preferred.
