职位描述
Requirements:
1. BSEE with minimum 4 years of ATE test development experience.
2. Experienced in the programming of at least one of the following ATE testers: Teradyne IFlex, Eagle and TI VLCT.
3. Solid electrical circuit analysis skill.
4. Understanding of mixed signal circuits testing and characterization.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork are also needed.
6. Customer oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Ensuring project schedules are met and quality and reliability targets are achieved within committed cycle time.
8. Present effective updates to internal TI management.
9. Analyze/interpret data and use the data to improve products/processes.
Additional responsibilities:
Own Si ATE debug, yield improvement, test time optimization and characterization for new product releases.Release new products to high volume ramp per project plan exceeding the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) target without sacrificing quality and reliability targets.Process offloads to another wafer fabrication site. You’ll work with the analog technology development and process teams to address any yield issues.
Basic Qualifications
1. MSEE
2. 6+ years of ATE semiconductor ground up test development experience with good track record.
3. Project management experience is strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience in mixed-signal with digital interface and power IC ATE test development and product engineering is strongly preferred.
