职位描述

Key Accountabilities
1. Drives technical sales part of customer’s engagement:
a. Prepares and delivers technical presentations
b. Understands customer’s quality specification and ensures these are delivered with request for quotes
c. Answers technical questions
d. Manages relationships together with in case of any product quality issues including complaint responses
e. Arranges and manages technical meetings between customer and team

2. Acquires solid and in depth understanding of customer’s technical requirements and uses knowledge in liaison with company’s technical team to develop most relevant solutions, i.e. product ideas, product modifications and product adaptations
3. Fosters relationships with customer’s engineers to collaborate on new development projects
4. Maintains understanding of competitor’s existing products as well as monitors new product improvements developments and provides feedback to the product application team
5. Support sales managers in increasing sales
6. Attends exhibitions


Skills:
Technical / engineering degree (Bachelor) in material science or other related engineering fields
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills / ability to listen and solve problems
Ability to work with different cultures and regional teams
Structured and solution oriented working style


Experiences:
Experience: minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor / LED or graphite/ quartz/ ceramics industry
Solid understanding semiconductor processes like silicon and or MOCVD epitaxy processes
Technical sales experience plus must desire to work technical sales to understand and develop solutions to customers problems
