学历要求： 计算机系及相关专业，本科以上学历
工作经验： 至少需要有八年以上SAP电子商务套件(R3) 的开发经验
技术要求：
1.至少需要有五年以上在SAP电子商务套件(R3) 的开发或实施经验
2.至少需要有三年在ERP/CRM/SRM/领域内的项目管理经验和团队带领经验
3.熟悉SAP电子商务套件(R3)的不同模块, 熟悉整个ERP项目的实施流程
4.具有在离岸外包项目经验的应聘者会优先考虑
5.具有敏锐的分析能力和快速准确地处理问题的能力
6.具有良好的演讲技巧和口头陈述能力, 具有良好人际关系技巧和处理的能力
7.极好的交流能力，包括中文及英文. 能与国外客户进行沟通
8.具有良好的领导能力
9.本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业
管理能力： 能辅导初级顾问
语言能力： 良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力
详细职位描述：
1.领导项目团队, 按照Infosys和CMMI质量管理流程实现交付目标, 完成指定的项目
2.维持客户对项目的满意度
3.领导项目团队遵守公司的政策，流程及标准
4.负责项目计划、执行、追踪进展状态，包含项目范围、时程、人员安排、质量、危机处理、项目进展报告等等
5.确保不同团队间人员的互动和协调

Role ： SAP ERP Project Manager
Base Location ：Shanghai
Degree Qualification： BS or above in CS or related
Expected Experience： Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in SAP R/3 system
Technical Skills：
1.Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in SAP R/3;
2.Minimum 3 years of ERP/CRM/SRM hands-on Project Management experiences, having led team on client sides;
3.Proficiency in multiple modules of SAP ERP applications and sound knowledge of complete life-cycle implementation of SAP applications;
4.Experience in blended offshore/onshore global delivery model is a plus;
5.Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
6.Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
7.Proficiency in Mandarin and English with ability to communicate with international customer directly
8.Good leadership skills
9.Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above
Language Skills： Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
Detail Job Description：
1.Lead project team to complete projects based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
2.Be responsible for overall project delivery satisfaction
3.Ensure adherence to organization practices, business process & standards
4.Plan, schedule and track progress of the overall transformation project, including: scope management, schedule, resource/staffing, Risk mitigation/contingency plans, issue resolutions, milestones reviews/ Status reports, etc
5.Ensure proper integration and coordination between different tracks & teams
