职位描述
JOB SUMMARY
Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Analyze business procedures, processes and user requests (Voice of the Customer) to develop detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Develop and conduct training to business team members. Provide support to users according with Service Level Agreement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Conduct inquiries pertaining to the development of new information systems to meet current and projected business needs
? Write functional specifications of user needs for application development, enhancements, and testing
? Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems
? Prepare functional, systems and program specifications
? Prepare project plans and implementation schedules
? Confer with organizational units involved to determine requirements
? Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
? Maintain a thorough knowledge and in-depth field experience regarding emerging or job technologies required to fulfill the job; this could include formal or self paced professional development
? Provide status updates of assigned projects
? Recommend/conduct training
? Develop of guidelines, checklist, procedures and training documentation
? Monitors Queue, Provides Support and serve as escalation point per SLA to support the requirements as defined in SLA
? Performs hands-on complex configuration of supported systems
? Participate in development, QA, release and rollout of new functionality
? Maintain positive relations with all employees encouraging them to suggest ways of improving IT systems
? Maintain a good working relationship with customers and vendors
? Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant
? Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
? Establish new measurement systems if/where possible
? Formulate and define scope of system and objectives
? Oversee large, complex, more important projects or more than one project, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results
? Understand Quality business processes as well as compliance requirement from this area (Global standards, Customer compliance, etc). Examples are ISO 9001, 13485, CFR 21 Parts 11 and 820
? Training of site and corporate tools, processes and service delivery
? Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
? May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
? Great attention to detail and passion for engaging customers and solving problems
? Highly analytical and capable of translating customer requirements into detailed system specifications
? Strong communication skills with capability to manage interactions in global environment with matrixed customer and delivery teams
? Ability to work individually or as member of team
? Ability to consistently delivered results in a rapidly evolving environment with a high level of on-going change
? Familiar with .NET web technologies
? Familiar with reporting technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Cognos Metrics Builder, MicroStrategies and Crystal Reports
? High competency working with MS Office and Google Apps. Very strong with Word and Excel
? Exposure to Business Process Management Systems from Oracle, IBM or Pegasystems
? Exposure to all-in-one Quality Management Systems solutions (Control Plans, FMEA, LPA, CAPA, DOE, etc)
? Lean six sigma
? Agile Product Development and Delivery
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's Degree
? 3-5 years work-related experience required with focus in Quality Data Systems processes and tools
? 1-2 years project management experience preferred
? ITIL / CMMI experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
? Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
