Responsibilities:
1. HSE management system: Assists HSE manager in setting up and implementing HSE management system in company; Develop the operating procedures and practices that will be needed to comply with the HSE practices; Manage the HSE related documents and records (hard copy) orderly. To ensure it is systematic and easy to check.
2. Safety (Fire safety): To chair monthly safety committee meeting to ensure its effectiveness and follow-up actions taken Conducts timing health and safety inspections of all site, submit inspection report and record on time; Follow up the actions taken to ensure its effectiveness. Issue work permit and keep the record. Provide support to maintenance department and security guards on fire safety management. Assist HSE manager on incident investigation and reporting issues.
3. PPE and Work Wear Management To select the proper PPE; To place purchasing order timely; To distribute PPE timely; To keep the receiving and distribution record accurately; To monitor the use of all kinds of PPE; To do inventory check monthly.
4. Training: Develop the necessary training that will be required to successfully implement the above procedures; Compile training materials should it is necessary, and coordinate the training activity (both internal training and external training). To maintain and update the training records
Requirements:
1.Major in safety, chemical, chemical engineering or related subjects.
2.Knowledge of Chinese HSE Legislation
3.Above 3 years relative experience in HSE
4.Result Orientation
5.Customer Focus
6.Team Player
7.Highly proficient in computer.
8.Good in communication
9.Problem solving skills
