Requirement and Responsibilities:

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

？ Over 4 years working experience.

？ Handling scheduling and appointments for the Account Manager from the Shanghai office

？ Completing administration paperwork and prioritising tasks

？ Booking travel, accommodation and meetings with all clients

？ Good communication skill with factories, and colleagues and the clients in USA, so good command of English and computer skills are required.

？ Helping with client account management and responding to requests or complaints

？ Coordinating travel, Accompanying the Account Manager on factory and office visits

？ Helping manager to fill expense reports.
