GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provide active support to HR staffing team; and make sure all the documentation and recruiting work could be completed in time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruiting related work
· Candidate CV screening and sales associate first round phone interview screening.
· Support the recruiter for interview and other follow up arrangement.
· Support staffing team with on-going project process development and improvement.
· Ad-hoc works assigned by staffing team to support HQ recruiting case and Field recruiting project.

2. Department Documentation
· Keep all the contracts and documentation filing timely.
· Other administrative and ad hoc work.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
· Quick learner, good communication skills
· Good English skills
· Career interests in human resources
· Good on Microsoft office tools including but not limited to like Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

2) Minimum educational level:
· College diploma or above

3) Minimum experience
· Preferably have working experience in HR function
