Job Responsibilities:
1.Control and monitor RMB & FCY payment operations processing to Corp. clients in high standard.
2.Responsible for returns to local authorities in an accurate and professional manner.
3.Responsible for the compliance with local regulation and bank policy.
4.Regularly review working procedure for the improvement of control and efficiency in the department.

5.To ensure that adequate cash is maintained in the office at all times within the office’s cash holding limit

6.To deliver cash floats to tellers against their signed cash receipts and acknowledge excess cash returned by tellers by countersigning the cash receipts after counting

7.To counter-witness the accurate payments of notes to/from customers if it is exceeding teller limit

8.To record amount of cash delivered to/returned by tellers for day-end balancing of the cash position in the vault at branch level

Job Requirements:
1. At least 6 years of Operations experience within RMB and FCY business, including RMB & FCY remittance, deposit, cash transaction and a/c opening etc.
2. A good knowledge of cash management servicing, implementation practices and local regulation.
3. Familiar with RMB clearing, local payment and reporting systems.
4. Self motivated and a good team player
5. University degree or above
6. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
