Job Duties:
- To identify Business/ CoE(Centre of Excellent) related projects/ opportunities and solve them to stakeholder satisfaction;
- Process analysis for identifying improvement opportunities;
- Solution design with a focus on elimination of redundant work, automation, standardization and best practices definition;
- Optimizing existing business and implementing tangible business improvement benefits and realization & tracking thereof;
- Change management using standard methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, IPEC,Lean etc.);
- Documenting key achievements, problem solving and performance maximizing approaches;
- Supporting Programme/ Project Managers in implementing elements;- Identify resource requirements and liaise with the Process Engineering Lead to secure the Project resources.
Responsibilities:- 6-sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent or exposure to Lean Deployment;
- Proven experience in change and problem solving management;
- Proven ability in project & resource management;
- Ability to work independently and good communication skills to interface with senior management;
- Exposure to change management, strategy & planning, stakeholder management;
- Ability to use tools for data analysis. Ability to assimilate and analyze data;
- Experience in business process reengineering; - Fluent in English;
- Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective decisions on a wide range of issues;
- Lateral thinker, with ability to instigate and manage change and analytical ability to recognize areas of improvement;
- A strong desire to achieve outstanding customer service.
