职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
? To achieve the safe, productive utilization of equipment and manpower within the standards of performance, action plans and company policies as set down and within restrictions of legislated guidelines. Responsible for maintenance activities related to all manufacturing operations at the Changshu facility. Responsibilities include maintenance technician manpower, equipment troubleshooting and recommending spare parts.

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Handling employee disciplinary issues
? Main tenance technician Manpower/workforce recommend and interview for new hires, identify new manpower requirements.
? Direct supervision of technician
? Overall supervision of the Maintenance technicians - continually follow up with each department and trades to ensure production equipment is being maintained to its optimum.
? General direction of personnel reporting including scheduling of work, overseeing training as required.
? Equipment trouble shooting , support to trades.
? To support maintenace call if needs
? Co-ordinate and work with manufacturing and scheduling to minimize downtime.
? PM planning follow up , including scheduling work and manpower and spare parts control.
? To make machine break down time analysis report on time.
? Order new spare parts as required , to evaluate the spare parts inventory, work out with owner equipment engineer for compontes recoditional and optimization.
? Administrative Duties - schedule overtime, vacation scheduling.
? To handle equipement perfornance evaluation and risk analysis.


学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering
? Good CAD skill for spare parts drawing making
? Good Electrical control system maintenance experience, which include the PLC system, VF, Serve motor control, and STD PC, touch screen, and relative sensor application experience.
? Good Mechanical system maintenance experience, which include the boiler system, chill, HVAC, and IAC, and hydraulic and pneumatic system and mechanical motion device and etc.
? Experience with the design, operation and maintenance of calendering, printing and web handling equipment and related processes preferred
? At least 5 years of working experience in maintenance
? Good maintenance practical ability in the mechanical and electrical
? Diversified engineering background in electronics and mechanical design.
? Understanding of environmental regulations and company procedures.
? Good skills in English speaking and writing
? Strong team spirit and can take initiative.
? Good self motivation
? Good training skill for technician
? Good communication skill and leadership skill
