Goals

1.Develop positive relationship with our Chinese VMS customers and TRW OE personnel

2.Secure seamless communication between the customers and us to the suppliers to avoid supply disruption

3.Be consultant and problem solver for the customer

4.Grow the turnover and profit in line with expectations/business plan

5.Support Sales Manager China

6.Representing TRW towards 3rd parties in line with our mission statement

7.Manage / flex the turnover in line with expectations/business plan

Task and responsibility

1.Manage daily business with customers

2.Regular proactive customer contact

3.Manage parts portfolio

4.Secure commercial policies and principles

5.Manage product life-cycle as well under commercial aspects and secure seamless pre-NPI and NPI processes

6.Sales price calculation

7.Monitor sales and profit development

8.Obtain advanced customer forecast information to schedule the demand properly

9.Various customer analysis

10.Manage the Material Planning

Educational background

1.University degree or equivalent

2.Fluent English

3.Technical understanding

Knowledge and experience

1.Experience in Sales and Purchasing

2.Automotive knowledge
3.Native Chinese and understanding of other cultures
4.Process knowledge and experience

5.Project management
6.good experience in using MS-Office (calculation, database, presentation, text)

7.Knowledge of ERP-Systems, preferably QAD
8.Presentation skills

9.High level negotiation skills
