Main Responsibilities主要职责

- Input B/L data in computer system, data input quickly and accurately

快速和精确地将提单的数据输入电脑系统

- Communicate with overseas to check and verify shipment information;

和海外客户查对船务信息

- Sort and file B/L related documents;

整理归档提单等文件

- Co-ordinate manifests data transmission.

协调数据的传输

Requirement要求：

- Good skill in English reading and writing

良好英语读与写能力;

- Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives

能够耐心和主动地独立工作；

- Focus on details

注重细节

- Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility

有团队合作精神和责任感

- Working Experience in transportation/forwarder industry is preferred.

如果有货运/货代公司的单证工作经验者，优先

- Willing to work over-time in working day and public holidays;

愿意加班工作

- Willing to Work on shift;

愿意按不同班次的时间上班
