Goals

- Assist in the development, implementation and execution of products related Inspection and Test procedures.

- Assist in the development, implementation and execution of Quality Management System related processes and controls.

Task and responsibility

- Serve as primary point of contact for quality related issues from customers.

- Coordinate and drive customer complaint resolution, provide complaint communication to customer

- Provide support for customer on-site visit

- Understand business and functional strategies and initiatives to drive quality communications to customers

- Develop plans with TQE to promote process/ product quality improvement to customers

- Taking on new tasks that are necessary for new business development and within the authority of the department.

Educational background

- Experienced Engineer (Polytechnics or Engineering Degree), preferably with 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Industry

Knowledge and experience

- Good knowledge of Automotive Product (braking, steering, occupant safety, diagnostic tools)

- Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949 Quality Systems

- Computer and data processing knowledge

- Microsoft Office knowledge

- Good in both written and oral English, Chinese

- Good interpersonal & presentation skills

- Helpful and sociable with teamwork spirit
