Goals
- Manage supplier outgoing product quality.
- Assist in the development, implementation and execution of products related Inspection and Test procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation and execution of Quality Management System related processes and controls.
- Manage in-house and external product technical inquiries.

Task and responsibility
- Manage supplier quality team
- Ensure product is consistent against established quality standards before or after product arrived in warehouse
- Ensure supplier follow EOL inspection or factory outgoing inspection or incoming inspection is carried out as planned
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Ensure that inspection procedures, including basic test, initial sample test (ISIR), continual test, product trial use inspection, inspection equipment test are carried out when necessary on all our products.
- Evaluate test and inspection results, make professional conclusions and kept record in relevant control documents.
- Perform ECR's (engineering change request).
- Coordinate with marketing and sales department to achieve requirements for country specific regulations or certifications.
- Responsible for coordinating and handling supplier's quality issue with authority pre-defined by immediate superior.
- Taking on new tasks that are necessary for new business development and within the authority of the department.

Educational background
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineer

Knowledge and experience
- Good knowledge of Automotive Product (braking, steering, especially on suspension);
- Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949 Quality Systems
- Familiar with Supplier Audit process
- Computer and data processing knowledge;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Good in both written and oral English, Chinese;
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills;
- Helpful and sociable with teamwork spirit;
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity and industry.
