Principal Accountabilities：

1. Explore potential opportunities in the financial market (China-centric)

2. Structure products based on current and potential market opportunities

3. Lead the review and approval process on structured products by Cargill teams and TSF internal

4. Customer facing with banks and corporate

5. Lead and review documentations on on-going transactions

Essential Requirements：

1. Advanced understanding of the financial markets and knowledge on corporate finance

2. Basic understanding of trade finance

3. Innovative thinking, logical thought process and entrepenurial mentality

4. Detail oriented work style

5. University degree, MBA or Finance degree preferred

Skills:

1. Excellent written and spoken English.

2. Advanced understanding of the financial markets and fair knowledge on corporate finance

3. Basic understanding of trade finance

4. Innovative thinking, logical thought process, entrepenurial mentality and detail oriented work style

5. Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

6. Demonstrated team player and is able to work under minimal supervision.

7. Able to manage different priorities and work well under time pressure.

8.Some accounting knowledge would be an advantage.

Experience:

1. Banking or investment banking preferred.

2. Some experience in Trade Finance (including L/C Documentation, presentation and trade documentation).

3. Has exposure to local SAFE regulations and banking practices.
