职位描述
工作职责：
1. 为经销商提供文件、公函、证明、咨询等专属服务
2. 执行跟进呼叫中心的政策及流程
3. 接听来电和回复邮件来处理消费者咨询及投诉
4. 支持自营店活动并帮忙处理售后问题
5. 在UCP系统里创建和存档工单
6. 为adiClub会员提供专属服务
7. 完成并分析呼叫中心的周报、月报
要求：
1. 有1-2年经销商客服经验，欧美企业工作经验优先
2. 擅长使用WORD, EXCEL等办公软件
3. 熟练的英文，CET-6+水平
4. 全日制本科以上学历
5. 积极向上，热心热情，开朗乐观的性情
