Job Responsibilities:
1.Support international best practice localization into practical solutions for DME in China.
2.Offer appropriate mentoring support to CTE teams and individuals as they progress through planned R&D projects from their inception to commercial scale in-line with JC's business goals;
3.Offer suggestions to guide the maturation of new product ideas/ initiatives generated through CTE ideation dialogs to support their future commercialization.
4.Assist CTE Team Leader to prepare and monitor relative performance assessment tools and practices to support R&D and continuous development of CTE.
Job Qualifications:
1.Masters degree or above, major in HRM, business administration, psychology, etc;
2.More than 10 years HR experience with a strong interest in Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning& Development, Compensation & Benefits, Human Capital Management, Organization Development, etc;
3.Relative Experience in enterprise management consulting is preferred.
4.Strong Research and Analysis skills and extensive Project Management experience;
5.Excellent Putonghua and English writing and presentation skills.
