职位描述
Job Title: National Sales Director
Principal objectives of the position include driving top-line growth of the product line sales, achieving profitability objectives, and establishing brand as tier I in China for long-term growth and good health of the business.
Responsibilities:
? Drive all the sales activities and achieve or exceed the sales target defined in the business plan.
? Maintain close relationships with the key accounts and customers with high potential to develop new business.
? Establish a high-performing, talented sales team with significant future potential for career growth.
? Closely work with APAC and China sales teams to promote and related products.
? Closely control the AR and prepare the monthly sales forecast.
? Identify and recommend the short, medium and long term business strategies.
? Interact with different sales back office team to ensure that sales strategy is in line with product development strategy.
Requirements:
? High degree of sales leadership ability and prior experience in similar industry.
? Min. 6 years experience in leading a sales team with significant responsibility.
? Proven track of sales and business development achievement.
? Self motivated, hands on approach and proactive leader.
? University degree in engineering, or business or similar majors, MBA preferred.
? Fluent English
? Good understanding of Processes and Key Account Management.
? Influencing skill, negotiation and coaching skills in multi-cultural environment.
? Good understanding of similar industry.
? Good understanding of Distribution Network Management.
? Good knowledge of international business conduct.
? Good knowledge of Chinese business environment and its dynamics.
